Our next stop was at the River Jordan, where a major facility has been built at the location of the place where John baptized Jesus. The facility has steps and offers an easy way to walk down and enter the river for immersion or stay on the lower steps and you touch the water. We saw a man immersing himself as we visited, though no actual baptisms took place then.

Feel free to let me know what you think. It is exciting to think that some of my photography might be enjoyed by others.
